JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee operational activities and direct short-term and long-term goals to achieve maximum output for personnel under the operations department.
- Assessing and training employees and managing quality assurance programs.
- Strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
- Ensuring the quality of their company's products and services meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Assisting the Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Coordinate trouble shooting of daily work with all departments.
- Create reports and other documentation for backtracking and monitoring all concerns.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Strong IT skills, including database development.
- Flexible schedule.
- Social Media Literate (especially in the Tiktok platform)
- Can understand analytics in digital marketing platforms.
- Experience handling financial and account reporting experience
- Strong communication skills and leadership
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Strong Work Ethics
