• duly registered to Securities and Exchange Commission started to  operate October 2022 with its main office address at Unit 1,3RD Flr., Z Plaza Bldg., D. Jakosalem St. Zapatera, Cebu City.
• Has obtained its registration certificate under the Department Order D.O 174 under D.O 174-17 Registration Number ROVII-11-032-TCFO.   
• The company has complied with all the necessary Government legal documents in compliance for its  existence to operate in different municipalities and Government Agencies as requirements both in  local and national level.
• It was formed after its sister company RCAL TRADING AND RCAL TRUCKING who had history on trading goods and trucking services.
