JOB DESCRIPTION
Service Details
Company to provide one personnel to perform assistance to Clients for the following tasks:
- Periodic physical inventory of IT-related assets
- Monitors and ensures proper documentation of IT-related assets from delivery, deployment, transfers and disposal ·
- Maintain a database and system of all IT-related assets especially information required for PEZA reporting
- Assistance on PEZA compliance in relation to asset management and reporting
- Provide guidance to Thomson Reuters on asset management processes
Deliverables.
- Generate and place tags on new IT-related assets
- Keep up-to-date asset management database
- Prepare inventory list of IT-related assets
- Conduct periodic physical count to ascertain location and condition of IT-related assets
- Maintain and share information needed to document and report movement of IT- related assets to PEZA
JOB QUALIFICATION
BS Accountancy or Any Accounting related course
Open for Fresh Graduate
Willing to start ASAP
Work Arrangement : ONSITE
