JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Manage day to day activities of the Café.
2. Train Employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
3. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed.
4. Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
5. Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers preferences.
6. Plan different deals and promos to attract customers.
7. Advise staffs on the best way to resolve issues with clients / customers and deliver excellent customer service/
8. Ensure all Café areas are clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
2. With 3-4 years working experience as Café Manager.
3. Ability to handle coffee machines and other appliances.
4. Computer literate.
5. Great team management skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills
7. Extraordinary organization skills
8. Pleasant personality with the ability to converse in multiple language frequently./
