JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain operational status of PET computer and network by providing troubleshooting support activity.
- To coordinate with vendor if there are problem/concerns detected during operations.
- Provide immediate support for major problems encountered during the company's operations.
- To provide daily support service (Windows, CAD, application tool) for PET.
- Support existing network infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Firewall, Cisco ISE, WAN Booster).
- To do daily PMC checking activity for PET HO network, servers and data center.
- Performs support service to departments.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or other Computer related courses
- Knowledgeable in Network Administration (Cisco), Windows Server Administration, and Programming
- At least 4 - 5 years experience

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Philippine EDS Techno-Service, Inc. (otherwise referred to as PET within the Yazaki Group) was established on April 1, 1995. It currently provides automotive wiring harness production design services not only to the local affiliates but to Yazaki wire harness manufacturing and sales bases located in the United States and Japan, as well. Playing a key role in the growth of Yazaki's research and development operations, PET continues to diversify its services as it participates in the development and design of other automotive wiring components such as connectors, junction and relay blocks, and automotive meters and electronic control units, among others.
