? Physically Fit - Capable of proper and frequent materials handling (up to 50kgs)
? Shifting Schedule - Willing for night shift scheduling depending on assignment: 9pm-6am / 10pm-7am / 1am-10am / 5am - 2pm
? Capable of doing housekeeping/cleaning
? Background on regular inventory count/physical counting
? Preferably with experience in food handling and knowledge on food safety
Education and Certifications
? At least High School graduate (with diploma)
? Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
JOB DESCRIPTION
? Main responsibility is to assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen's stockroom and supplies
? Assists in the physical receiving of transfers and deliveries
? Physical weigh items and communicate these to Inventory Associate, Kitchen Head or Senior Line Cook on duty for validation
Organize and place the inventory in proper storage
? Physically arrange and organize the inventory in the stockroom and the line to ensure the following:
- Proper storage conditions per item
- Execution of FIFO (First In First Out)
- Cleanliness of working areas
? Reporting of inventory movement to Inventory Associate, Kitchen Head and Senior Line Cook on duty
? Provision of physically validated values
? Reporting of spoilage/wastage as it occurs during his shift
? Provides the line with the corresponding inventory needed in the fulfillment of orders as requested by Kitchen Head/Senior Line Cook during the actual operations
? Assists in the cleanliness and waste disposal of the stockroom and kitchen during operation hours
? Acts as steward/utility during non-delivery hours and as needed
