JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Emergency treatment to employees.
- Document all employee injury and illness.
- Work together with the Safety Officer in developing health and safety program.
- Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
- Refers/ transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
- Assess employee's examination results and refers to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
- Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Provides administrative support to HRD when needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
