JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services, related to Accounts Receivable.

JOB QUALIFICATION

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Organize and update digital records

·       Calculate billing amounts, and print and mail bills when needed

·       Remind customers about upcoming payments or past-due accounts

·       Make electronic or cash deposits to company bank accounts

·       Use software to send invoices and payment reminders electronically

·       Keep accurate records of payments that are received from customers

·       Create reports for supervisors and provide digital copies of records when requested

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field

·       1 year experience in a similar role

·       Computer literacy, including advanced Excel proficiency is required

·       Committed to superior customer service

·       Demonstrated knowledge of accounting functions required

·       Accuracy and attention to detail

·       Effective and professional communication skills

·       Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·       Detail-oriented, accuracy, and timeliness

·       Possess excellent problem-solving skills

·       Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
