Business Development Officer (B2B Sales Account Manager)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Product/service sales – Send proposals and close the deal to companies by offering the services of SMCS pertaining to recruiting, executive search/one time placement, background check/investigation services, and training and leadership services.
- Schedule a presentation of SCMS services to the Decision Maker of the company where services will be rendered, if needed.
- Execute prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating SCMS products and services.
- Develop and lead digital campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales target.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of one (1) year B2B sales experience with background in account management to ensure good relationship with the client.
- Experience working in an Executive Search Firm as Sales Person or as a Recruiter is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation Skills: Ability ro present the products and services of SCMS to prospective clients
