ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Medical Projects Coordinator will be responsible for leading and executing medical projects of varying complexity and scope. By doing this, the colleague will develop and implement solutions to impactful business issues facing.
JOB SUMMARY - MAIN AREA’S OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure overall implementation of Medical Affairs Projects in compliance with appropriate SOPs
- Single point of contact of accountability for project management and, execution, and oversight of Medical Affairs projects and medically initiated programs
- Monitors the team progress through metrics stakeholder feedback and project timeline
- Oversees commitments to program deliverables
- Assist grants team in facilitating the timely review of submitted proposals and ensure timely release of communication to proponents
- Ensure country compliance to regulatory requirements as well as company and country SOP for Compassionate Use Program activities
- Attend to telephone calls from agencies and vendors; reply to routine inquiries and understand relative priorities (i.e. when/how to handle independently and when to seek manager consultation)
- Provide full-range of administrative support to the Medical Affairs Team to ensure efficiency in delivery of medical programs and projects
- Respond to medical enquiries received from both internal and external customers, in a timely manner to deadlines agreed with customers.
- Coordinate and escalate enquiries to GMI and local medical affairs when required in order to ensure timely and compliant responses
- To provide updates and weekly reports to the medical team

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a degree in medical sciences (Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Psychology or other allied health disciplines); MA/MS/MBA degree or other advanced degree ideal but not required
- Experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information in a way that enables leaders to have transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions
- Strong oral and written communication/ presentation capabilities
- Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to be agile, quickly learn and adapt to the company culture
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
