As the Spa and Boutique Sales Associate, you will establish, develop and maintain profitable business relationships with current customers and prospective customers under the leadership of the sales manager.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the company and develop lasting relationships
· Work with the sales manager to set personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
· Provide weekly reports to the sales manager by tracking customer contact type, type of communication, and the results of the communication
· Contact customers to follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandise
· Develop clear and compelling written proposals/line sheets for current and prospective customers
· Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Attend all requested sales training
· Perform any other duties assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Proficient in ERP and inventory management systems
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Ability to manage large amounts of data primarily through Excel
· Strong communication skills, and comprehend oral and written instructions
· Extremely organized and reliable
· A problem solver and a quick learner
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
· Communicate effectively with all contacts internally and externally
· An interest in fashion
· Positive, friendly personality with a high energy level
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
