JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reviewing employee time sheets to ensure they match with payroll records
- Reviewing employees’ personal information such as social security numbers, addresses, and bank information to ensure it is accurate
- Calculating taxes, local income taxes, Social Security taxes, and Medicare taxes
- Reviewing employee benefits packages to determine if they comply with federal and state laws
- Communicating with human resources staff to ensure that payroll records are accurate and up to date
- Reviewing payroll records to ensure compliance with labor laws regarding overtime pay, minimum wage requirements, and other criteria
- Calculating payroll costs for businesses by analyzing employee statistics such as salaries, wages, commissions, overtime pay rates, and other items such as fringe benefits or deductions from paychecks
- Auditing payroll records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Reviewing payroll data to identify patterns or other issues that may indicate fraud or other illegal activity
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Any 4 year Business Course
- With experience in handling manual and systems payroll
- Experience in audit payroll
- Willing to be assign at binondo manila office
