JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reconfirms data from Order Sheet to ensure all details are correct.
- Rechecks SO Number in Order Sheet to ensure completeness and no duplicate encoding.
- Encode SO Number in Order Sheet file.
- Encode the purchase orders in company data system
- Print and ensure that all details in the invoices (SI/DR) are accurate.
- Prepare all needed documents for attachments
- Collates all invoices from delivery and ensures completeness and accuracy of details.
- Creates Incident Report for any concerns that will trigger invoices variations (especially in weight and price variances).
- Encodes sales data at Sales Invoice level in the company data system.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any 4 year business course or any related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Amenable to commute and work in Manila
- Fast learner and well organized
- With good communication skills
- Keen to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
