JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing various BIR Tax Returns
• Preparing tax schedules and tax reconciliation
• Assistant in sorting, filling and proper documentation of tax returns
• Responsible in encoding tax mapping for alphalist of employees and alphalist of payees
• Responsible in encoding vat relief reconciliation and validation report
• Responsible in sending DAT FILE to esubmission for BIR validation and reconciliation
• Responsible in encoding and preparing of SAWT for BIR Compliance
• Responsible in maintaining manual books of accounts
(Gen. Ledger, Gen. Journal, Cash Disbursements, Caash Receipts, Sales & Purchases)
• Responsible in computation and preparation of taxes (0605, 1905, 0619E, 1601EQ, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702, 2307)
• Preparation of yearly Inventory List for BIR requirements
• Auditing branches to ensure compliance on
• Processing licenses and registration / renewal to BIR, SEC, LGU (City Hall)
• Other task that may assign by the Finance & Accounting Manager

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• With atleast 2 - 3 years of experience as Taxation Associate or related field
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with immediate superior and co-workers
• Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation and Other Government Rules & Regulations
• Able to wok independently or minimal supervision
• Keen ability to motivate staff to optimize work deliverables within tight time frames
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
