Scope of work:

• Responsible for receiving and holding all visitors at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately;
• Answering of inquiries, screening and forwarding of phone calls to the concerned department/employee; and
• Receive, sort and forward daily mails and/or other materials /gifts
• Gathers and submits complete and accurate information as input for the development and implementation of departmental plans and budget.
• Monitors use of office supplies to ensure budget is not exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City
• Willing to start immediately
