JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Generalist will perform General HR Functions with highlights on the following duties:
(1) Recruitment
(2) Records Management and General Administrative duties
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other related course;
- Preferably someone with a positive outlook, professional maturity, and sense of confidentiality;
- Has good communication skills both oral and written;
- Willing to physically report at the Makati Head Office;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and other internet tools;
