Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews references for additional feature.
  • Perform necessary enhancements using standard development language, tools and coding conventions.
  • Tests and document changes made.
  • Performs data fixing, either in office or at the clients site for inconsistences caused by program errors following proper protocol.
  • Develops simple software that maybe assigned under supervision.
  • Creates additional programs and/or utilities.
  • Document changes made in a system or a program.
  • Submits documentation and other supporting materials for verification and approval of immediate head before forwarding to the QA department.
  • Regularly reports project status to immediate superior.
  • Responds to technical issues/questions raised by both internal and external costumers.
  • Provides feedback to the clients, internal and external, as to the status of the account/s and/or reports.
  • Answers telephone and in-person queries regarding accounts, process procedures, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with hands-on experience or exposure with using any of the following programming languages: Visual Basic 6.0, C++, C#, Visual Basic.NET, PowerBuilder, SQL Database.
• At least 6 months of working experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent is preferred
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Can express ideas, self-motivated, fast-learner and thrives on challenges.
• Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, systematic and attentive to details
• Team player and highly reliable.
• Microsoft Certification is an advantage.
