ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Design clean, pixel-perfect interfaces for the company’s web interfaces
· Storyboard experiences and wireframe interfaces
· Design art assets for our products, partners, and marketing collateral
· Work with developers to track, measure, and optimize user interfaces and experience
· Work with others to quickly prototype ideas
· Champion the brand and design process throughout the company
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· 2+ years of professional web/mobile design experience
· Experience with InVision, or similar applications for creating interactive prototypes to better understand UX flows
· Experience and or knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator similar design application tools
· Experience with applications for wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, generating icons, etc.
· Strong portfolio of previous web interface work
· Ability to manage and prioritize many tasks at a time
· Ability to effectively obtain design project requirements and understand expectations
· Willingness to participate in design pairing and daily critiques
· Passion for simplicity and a deep curiosity about what makes apps easy to use
· Exceptional collaborative, written, and verbal communication skills
· Flexibility with changing job requirements as the company and team grows
· Willingness to work flexible hours
· Willingness to participate in mentoring and skills transfer among team members
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment, and the ability to be productive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
