The mission of the Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist is to oversee accounts receivable, credit collections, and cash applications while providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Assist in the administration of credit and collection policies and procedures
· Monitor accounts receivable aging for delinquent accounts
· Make outbound collection calls and send emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relationships
· Partner with the sales team on collection activities
· Resolve client-billing issues that have resulted in accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner
· Perform follow-up activities on accounts to ensure prompt payment
· Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner
· Perform other accounting duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and ERP systems
· Dependable with excellent attendance history.
· Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
· Caring and eager to provide outstanding service to all customers (internal and external)
· Able to connect with different customer personalities and adapt to different situations.
· Outstanding attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy
· Excellent organization and prioritization skills for a fast-paced work environment
· Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
· Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
