JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source and answers queries of applicant/s
- Schedules, interviews and selection process of applicant/s
- Conducts initial interviews
- Recommends shortlisted candidates and arranges the schedule for further interviews with the department and division head
- Solicits interview findings and recommendations from the requisitioning heads upon completion of interviews of shortlisted candidates
- Updates recruitment database, generates report and provide recommendations for process improvement
- Participates in testing and training as needed
- Participates in the new hire orientation for staff
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Development, or other related field
- With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Can quickly adapt to changes in business needs
- Can start ASAP
