• Supervising Accounts Payable related transactions and disursements
(invoice processing and payments; vendor set-up in the Accounting System; preparation of weekly checks for release)
• Review daily cash position report and bank reconciliation prepared by Finance Associates.
• Supervising Accounts Receivable Staff / Associates for the maintime in the absence of Accounting Supervisor
(Sales Order processig, Invoicing, A/R Monitoring, Billing & Collection).
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and proactively participate in the development of new reports or initiatives to address strategic objectives.
• Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager in preparing monthly financial / management reports and schedules.
• Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis and tax planning.
• Responsible for the organization's newly added fixed assets, tracking existing ones, which can be tangible and/or intangible
• Responsible for calculation of Fixed Asset disposal - valuation and current market value, and oversees Fixed Assets obsolences.
• Review monthly report on Fixed Assets accountability - movements & location prepared by Admin Department
• Record Fixed Asset by creating & supervising a system of procedures, controls & forms
• Allocate Tag Numbers to Fixed Asset to locate them properly from time to time
• Carry out Inventory of Fixed Assets physical count - monthly & annual
• Track Company's Fixed Asset spending in relation to capital budget, as well as Management Authorization
• Give assistance in monthly, quarterly and annual physical count of merchandise inventory (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & FG)
• Other task that may assign by the Finance & Accounting Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• With atleast 3 - 5 years of experience as Finance / Accounting Supervisor
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with immediate superior and co-workers
• Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation and Other Government Rules & Regulations
• Able to wok independently or minimal supervision
• Keen ability to motivate staff to optimize work deliverables within tight time frames
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
