1. Implements and monitors compliance on Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of Production Department, Warehouse and Logistics Department (WALD) and Technical Services Department (TSD). Provides recommendations for improvement.
2. Conducts quarterly GMP Audits to Production, WALD and TSD. Records findings and provides recommendations. Documents and creates Audit Reports (AR).
3. Ensures that standards and safety regulations are observed.
4. Conducts Accelerated Stability Testing and generates Stability Study Report of new and existing products.
5. Conducts review of product label details for local products and check the proposed artwork from label suppliers. Also prepares the confirmation document upon approval of artwork and/or labels.

Regulatory Affairs (RA):

1. Secures the required FDA License To Operate (LTO) of the company.
2. Monitors LTO validity, renewal and inspections.
3. Responsible in product registrations and renewals of all cosmetic products and secure FDA Notification Documents.
4. Responsible in FDA E-Portal.
5. Updates the company for any FDA related matters that may have impact to the business.

• Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy course
• PRC license is required
• With proven work exprience is a must
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
