JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Able to build good rapport with the customers and greet the customers when they enter hotel premises
  • Build strong relationships with the customer
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative
    and harmonious working climate
  •  Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
  • Check in customers using system in hotel and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room.
  • Inform customers of all on- site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints
  • Invoice and bill guest complaints
  • Communicate with the guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service
    possible.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel / Hospitality / Tourism Management
  • At least 2 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledgeable in any hotel system
  • Can work on a shifting schedule morning shift, mid-shift, graveyard
  • Keen to details and well organized
  • Willing to be assigned in Station 2, Boracay Brgy. Balabag, Malay, Aklan
