JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to build good rapport with the customers and greet the customers when they enter hotel premises
- Build strong relationships with the customer
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative
and harmonious working climate - Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
- Check in customers using system in hotel and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room.
- Inform customers of all on- site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints
- Invoice and bill guest complaints
- Communicate with the guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service
possible.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel / Hospitality / Tourism Management
- At least 2 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledgeable in any hotel system
- Can work on a shifting schedule morning shift, mid-shift, graveyard
- Keen to details and well organized
- Willing to be assigned in Station 2, Boracay Brgy. Balabag, Malay, Aklan
