JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversees learning and development, recruitment, and performance management processes.
- Responsible for developing relevant internal training initiatives and monitoring and conducting search for required external training.
- Oversees recruitment end-to-end process.
- Writes reports and makes comparative summaries with regard to recruitment and training status.
- Supervises the performance and accomplishment of tasks of concerned HR staff.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Solid background in recruitment and learning and development
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage
