JOB DESCRIPTION

ob Objective : Provides support to field sales representative in achieving sales target and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate and coordinate with different group or department documentation and important information in order to fulfill order of customer.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
  • With initiative and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
