JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Taking inventory and sales report from the stores
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- At least Senior High Level
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent in customer relations and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic
