JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Taking inventory and sales report from the stores
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Requirements:

  • At least Senior High Level
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent in customer relations and communication skills 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
