JOB DESCRIPTION
FINANCE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure organizations’ financial stability and profitability through regular review of P&L
- Ensure distributor compliance on principal’s payment policies and guidelines
- Analyse distributor financial statements and make recommendations to improve profitability in accordance with the Principal’s business model
FINANCIAL REPORTING AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION
- Ensures that accurate financial entries are updated and timely posted in system (SYSPRO)
- Act as consultant in conducting financial simulations on viability of distributor investments
- Regularly reviews actual expenses versus budgets, identifies opportunities to improve financial status
- Provides monthly financial data to monitor variances versus standards
- Regularly reviews with distributor leadership team Accounts Receivable from trade
- Regularly reviews with distributor leadership team the key profitability and liquidity measures ensuring that these are consistently at healthy levels
ADMIN & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Ensures that back-end operational procedures and systems flow are followed and appropriate forms and documents are used
- Identify development needs and opportunities of team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these
JOB QUALIFICATION
- College Graduate with a degree BS in Accountancy
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant
Preferably Minimum 4 years Finance experience in FMCG environment or Distributor Operations
