· Ensures smooth delivery operations
· In-charge of route plan and effective implementation of it
· Ensures logistics standards and procedures are being followed
· Reports to management weekly performance, achievement ,issues and action plans
People Management
· Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and key competencies
· Identify development needs and opportunities of his team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these
· Formal appraisal and assessment of team thru regular performance review
Others
· Adheres to company policies and employee code of conduct
· Complies with all company safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety, health, and environment regulations
Performs any functions as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor
Must be graduate of 4-year any business-related course
