JOB DESCRIPTION
Will manage the human resources and training department on a day to day operations with the guidance of the head of People and Culture.
JOB QUALIFICATION
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience as HR & Training Manager in a 5 star resort or intimate luxury island operations.
Gregarious, team player and good collaborator.
Excellent communicator and proficient in English Language - written and speaking.
High level of diplomacy, tactful and with exceptional work ethics.
