JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible on sourcing/canvassing and purchasing for non-trade items needed to support daily operations of the Department/Group. Deals/negotiates with local suppliers for the best price, discounts and payment terms of trade requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Sources out and canvasses for non-trade items and negotiates for the best price, discounts and payment terms in order to recommend the best supplier who can provide the items.
  • Places the orders needed to facilitate the processing of the item requirements and to serve immediately to internal customers.
  • Constantly communicates and builds relationship with the suppliers to provide the Company with quality service with all transactions

Qualifications:

  • Required: Graduate of any 4- year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing
  • Familiar with rules and process in purchasing
  • Has good communication and negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy and realiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
