JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads the Recruitment Team & Supervises and monitors daily recruitment activities
- Prepares daily/weekly/monthly management reporting/updates.
- Ensures that all applicants from different sources are interviewed and considered for selection process across all accounts.
- Administers and interprets written and online tests for staff positions nationwide – as needed.
- Makes sure that all employees have 201 files complete with hiring documents and Employment Contracts and Notice of Penalty
- In-charge of recruitment programs like FB Live, FB Posting and other social media
- Conducts/joins job fairs in PESO, Barangays, schools and other venues – weekly and as needed.
- Recommends and implements systems enhancements on recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel, and admin activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resource and recruitment functions
- Ability to do multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource
- Demonstrates the ability to work fairly and independently
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Keen to details and goal-oriented
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage.
