· Manage client profiling, pooling, quotation/pricing.
· Provide weekly sales report to immediate head or management.
· Identify and develop potential clients through research, network, sale calls, etc.
· Work well with internal team to develop proposals that would fit to client's requirements.
· Manage client retention and enhance existing business relationship by offering new products and services.
· Attend supply chain industry functions and cascade event information to all concerns,
· Assist in preparing service contract with KPIs and SLAs that is aligned to company rules and guidelines.
· Assist to provide process to improve service performance to customers and build brand loyalty.
Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses.
· Knowledgeable in Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
· With more than 2 to 3 years work experience doing strategic planning, project management, business development, problem-solving, field work, and with strong motivation.
· Experience in International Freight Forwarding, Custom Brokerage, Import/ Export, Ect.
· Knowledgeable in Documentation Compliance, and Standard procedures.
· Familiar with business systems operation.
· Good communication skills, proactive, has initiatives, and with wide network capacity.
