JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
- Answering queries, phone calls of customers.
- Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting, networking, email marketing, cold calling, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings.
- Gather information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market.
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.,
- Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand company’s reach and potential customer pipeline and its other business.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for promotion of existing products and other future products.
- Rendered “ON CALL”, 24/7 for urgent inbound/outboard particularly those projects .with urgency and high priority.
- Performing other duties when needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- With 3-5 years relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
