JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and check the accuracy of payroll computation
- Checks the final pay computation of resigned employees
- Review the 13th month pay, performance bonus, productivity incentive, sick leave conversion and other renumeration
- Review the monthly schedules of remittances for SSS, philhealth, Pag-ibig contribution & loan and bank loans
- Responsible for the year-end reconciliation and filing of year-end alphabetical listing of taxes withheld on employee's compensation
- Assist in preparation of employees' Certificate of Compensation/ Tax Withheld
- Review and consolidate the payroll entry and related journal entry for posting to General Ledger (using Oracle)
- Review and monitor the subsidiary ledgers of employee's various loan advances and other receivables to employees
- Secure completeness and accuracy of overall employee payroll records
- Review and consolidates annual budget of personnel cost related to salaries & wages
- Perform the task assigned by higher authorities
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Must have exposure in all aspects of payroll processing including formulation and implementation of procedures and controls
- Advanced knowledge in Oracle and HRIS
- With excellent interpersonal analytical skills
- With good communication skills (oral/ written)
