JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
- Completes production plan by planning and scheduling the manpower
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Review areas for improvement inside the production area
- Troubleshoot quality and safety issues inside the production area
- Compiles and analyzes production records
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience gained in a food manufacturing set-up
- Knowledgeable in FSSC and QMS
- With experience in using Oracle System / SAP / ERP or equivalent
- Okay with shifting schedule
