JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Overseeing and coaching employees
• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
• Completes production plan by planning and scheduling the manpower
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
• Review areas for improvement inside the production area
•  Troubleshoot quality and safety issues inside the production area
• Compiles and analyzes production records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
• With at least 3-5 years of working experience gained in a food manufacturing set-up
• Knowledgeable in FSSC and QMS
• With experience in using Oracle System / SAP / ERP or equivalent
• Okay with shifting schedule
