JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound / outbound calls and address customer concerns and inquiries
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Educate customers on the product and services offered by the company
  • Guide customers through the online application process
  • Document all client interactions in a clear and coherent manner
  • Assist customers with scheduling or adjusting payments
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Maintaining composure in escalated situations
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management

JOB QUALIFICATION

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 6 months customer service experience required
  • Candidates with a college degree will be considered w/o previous call center experience
  • Excellent English communication skills is a MUST (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in high-energy environment.
  • Must be creative and have a passion for excellent customer service
