JOB DESCRIPTION
- Excellent execution skills of strategic, tactical , process change and paradigm shift inittiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership,analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent people managementand intrerpersonal relation skills.
- Dynamic abd flexible while at the same time structured in executing plans.
- Excellent in decision making capabilities based on critical thought processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word,Excel,and Powerpoint) required.
- Knowledge of corporatefinance/financial management.
- Proficiency in Accounting and indepth understanding of SAP.
- Proficiency in fund-raising (equity or depth financing).
- Result oriented and solution-centric.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Bachelor Degree holder in Accountancy or Financial Management. Master's Degree holder is an advantage.
- Must have relevant managerial work experience for atleast five (5) years in a major company or a division of a large corporation.
- Proven expertise and experience relevant to the position and a commitment to continously updating this knowledge.
- Superb interpersonal skills and people management skills.
- Exposed to investments financing and resource management (budgeting).
