JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and provides timely reports of all incoming RFQ’s, Quotations, Purchase Order, Deliveries, Inquiries and Complaints.
- Create marketing strategies/plans, conduct sales presentation, and do cold calls in order to get sales and connections to prospective or existing customers/client.
- Meeting sales quota based on the agreed amount given per sales personnel. The sales quota herein imposed shall be effective after the end of (1) month training period.
- Submission of all quotations to the client/customer in a timely manner and its monitoring
- Report immediately to the Immediate Superior the status/feedback about the quotation.
- Update and provide timely reports of actual target sales quota on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and report status of Product delivery of the product/s to its respective client/customer in timely manner.
- Monitor /follow-up and report client/customer payment status monthly.
- Monitor, determine, and update sales trends of products of the existing client.
- Rendered “On Call or 24/7” after sales support and service without over-time pay on a normal working hour.
- Focus on all FSA products like PCB fabrication, PCB Repair, Pogo pins, Test Sockets, Equipment and other future FSA products.
- Contribute support to the team as needed to have a positive result in their respective department.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in, Business, Engineering or its related
- At least 2-5 Years of working experience in field sales related to semiconductor products/industry is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in terms of technical of semiconductor products like PCB, Power Supply, Burin In, Batteries and Test Socket etc.
- With existing Connection/Customer in Semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong attention to detail, appreciation of deadlines and commitment to follow-up is essential.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Can work under pressure, Goal-oriented
- Negotiation Skills and Presentation Skills
- With driver's license and Driving Skills
