Restaurant's Operation Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling sales data of the company
- Hands on to sales, inventory, purchasing, ordering through commissary, and daily waste checking monitoring
- Hands on with the day to day operation of the company
- Ensure the productivity of the employee
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least Bachelor's Degree holder
- Computer literate
- Prefer at least one year experience in the food industry
- Have knowledge on the IT software usage
- Proficiency in handling conflict management and business negotiation management
- Ability to communicate in more than one languages
