JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assign in reception area to provide general support to visitors
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Carry out admin duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Coordination with other department
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- excellent communication skills both oral and written form
- ability to work well under minimal supervision
- characteristics of being honest, keen in details, goal-driven and well-organized
- good in handling paper works
- knowledgeable in using MS Office
- willing to be trained
