JOB DESCRIPTION

The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing various back-office functions to support the client’s and the business’ needs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Set appointments and answer phones for the client

·       Provide administrative support 

·       Post content to social media 

·       Answer customer inquiries

·       Provide customer service and/or client support  

·       Manage documents and collection 

·       Provide research support 

·       Work on various software programs 

·       Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 

·       Experience working in an administrative role

·       Knowledgeable on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 

·       Solid computer aptitude, which includes familiarity with Microsoft 365, Zoom, G-Suite, Canva, various social media channels. 

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Strong attention to detail required 

·       Aptitude in data management, customer relationships, and administration 

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
