JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Double checking of raw materials usage in production report
• Monitor price increase of raw materials using in production
• Do monthly costing of items
• Monitoring daily inventory on stores
• Monitoring inventory charges and pull-outs
• Recording inventory movements is SAP, including monitoring on upload errors
• Monitor issue of spoilage, employee meals and other charge items
• Overall monthly inventory reconciliation
• Posting of monthly inventory items in SAP
• Intercompany AP balance reconciliation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related fields
• Must be highly analytical, organized and results oriented
• Has keen attention to details and possess good problem solving skills
• Computer proficient in MS Office like Excel and Word
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in using Accounting Software is a plus
