JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With relevant HR and Admin experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to speak Mandarin (able to read and write is a plus but not required)
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Able to work independently and possess a positive work attitude
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, independent, and meticulous
- Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines (Air ticket will be reimbursed by the
company)
