JOB DESCRIPTION

5 yrs min experience as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with excellent knowledge in operation and maintenance of all electrical or mechanical works preferably in a huge university complex, malls & high rise building.

JOB QUALIFICATION

+ at least 5 yrs experience in facility management services/ building maintenance with leadership role and or can handle and manage the project.
+Capable to handle multi-national work force
+ resourceful and energetic
+ capable to obtain a Saudi council for Engineering certificate for the entire contract if required to do so.
+ with diploma in Electrical Engineering
+ with PRC license holder
