Job Description:
The Lead UI / UX (CL3) is an experienced and well versed UI / UX professional who will help the company design intuitive interfaces and do market research for its applications and existing platforms. The UI / UX will be the key driver on improving customer and user experience and will ensure that we have top quality and enterprise grade products and applications and would serve as a leader and consultant to UI / UX seniors and associates
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct design and product research; plan, organize and collect feedback from end-users.
Work cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Create top grade designs and interfaces for applications and systems
Identify ways to improve reliability, efficiency and quality on implementations
Support the overall end to end enterprise projects, both internally and externally
Lead UI / UX seniors and associates
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, Information Technology or other related field
At least 4 years of experience in UI / UX is required for this position
At least 2 years of experience in health-tech solutions and applications preferred
Expertise on creating proper design architecture is required
Expertise in visual design and wireframing tools(AdobeXD, Figma) is required.
Working knowledge in agile scrum methodology is a big plus
Natural problem solver and critical thinker
Detail oriented and highly adaptive
Good communication skills
Proactive
Fast learner
With personal Laptop or Desktop (Highly preferred)
