The Business/Quality Associate job includes evaluation of business information, decompositionof high-level information into details, & abstraction of low-level information to general understanding. They are expected to initiate the design process of system technical development based on the requirements established by the clients, and perform the necessary testing to ensurerequirements are met. Regular Tasks:

1. Works with the project leads to understand the needs and helps formulate a strategy for
achieving the necessary level of quality, ensuring that such strategy is aligned with the
delivery process and the needs of the client
2. Watches for quality problems and works to fix the process. They detect bugs and report
them to developers for fixing, and aim to understand why such bugs arose in the first place
and to find a solution to the root cause
3. Analyze specific requirements, watching for gaps; they also participate in story creation toensure that acceptance criteria are sufficiently clear
4. Takes final look at each delivered story
5. Takes the responsibility for the more demanding testing, e.g. running the application on a
wider array of devices
6. Designs test cases and document test scripts
7. Performs systematic regression testing, and other testing required
8. Identifies usability challenges and suggests possible improvements
9. Assist in the ISO Activities of the company
10. Performs other tasks as necessary

Must-haves:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant experience in UML and project documentation (program specification, unit test plans, technical design, etc.) would be plus. 
• Experience with the development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and SDLC
• Background in programming in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, or MS SQL is a plus
