JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and supervise control systems
  • Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls
  • Identify risks or non-conformity issues
  • Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies
  • Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with the HR department
  • Improve current strategies if necessary
  • Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues
  • Identify compliance issues and necessary training
  • Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Lead company's ISO 9001, 45001, 27001, 22301

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in handling ISO certifications
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
