JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and supervise control systems
- Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls
- Identify risks or non-conformity issues
- Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies
- Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with the HR department
- Improve current strategies if necessary
- Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues
- Identify compliance issues and necessary training
- Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Lead company's ISO 9001, 45001, 27001, 22301
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in handling ISO certifications
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
