We are searching for a Validation Engineer to join the ESCO team. This individual is responsible for validation/ technical support and customer training for ESCO equipment in line with ESCO business objectives and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

• Carry out validation tests on newly assembled Pharma equipment in house and on site.
• Calibration of instrumentation.
• Airflow tests.
• Particle counting.
• Filter integrity testing.
• Internal & on-site validation documentation completion.
• Validation document creation/modification as and when required.
• Detailed oriented with a strong focus on quality and able to work unsupervised.
• Superlative customer facing skills.
• Hands-on problem solving.
• Customer training.
• Promotes after sales/continual service and parts.

Job Qualifications

• BS or Associate degree preferred, Laboratory or pharma job experience may be substituted in lieu of college education. High school diploma or GED minimum.
• One to Two years IQ / OQ work experience with pharma equipment.
• Excellent technical and mathematical skills.
• Experience with equipment calibrations is a must.
• Read Blueprints
• Flexible and forward-thinking approach to match the business ethos, with energy and passion to devote to their position.
• Strong personal organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional in appearance and speech.
• Available for 75% travel
• Good working attitude, detail oriented, adaptability and willingness to learn
