We are searching for a Validation Engineer to join the ESCO team. This individual is responsible for validation/ technical support and customer training for ESCO equipment in line with ESCO business objectives and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
- Carry out validation tests on newly assembled Pharma equipment in house and on site.
- Calibration of instrumentation.
- Airflow tests.
- Particle counting.
- Filter integrity testing.
- Internal & on-site validation documentation completion.
- Validation document creation/modification as and when required.
- Detailed oriented with a strong focus on quality and able to work unsupervised.
- Superlative customer facing skills.
- Hands-on problem solving.
- Customer training.
- Promotes after sales/continual service and parts.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications
- BS or Associate degree preferred, Laboratory or pharma job experience may be substituted in lieu of college education. High school diploma or GED minimum.
- One to Two years IQ / OQ work experience with pharma equipment.
- Excellent technical and mathematical skills.
- Experience with equipment calibrations is a must.
- Read Blueprints
- Flexible and forward-thinking approach to match the business ethos, with energy and passion to devote to their position.
- Strong personal organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional in appearance and speech.
- Available for 75% travel
- Good working attitude, detail oriented, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Driver’s License Required
