JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle guests, suppliers and callers with utmost tact and diplomacy
- Answering calls, mails and handling correspondence
- Maintaining minutes of meeting, and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Maintains and safe keeps all records and documents
- Perform variety of secretariat and administrative functions
JOB QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualification:
- Preferably Female
- Amenable to work in Manila to Batangas depending on the work location of the President
- Must be able to drive a car and with driver’s license
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (word, excel & outlook) and Google software
- Must be organized, detail oriented and possess good communication skills
- Ability to present well to high level clients – local and foreign
- Proficient in English language (Can understand and speak Chinese language is an advantage)
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal relations
