JOB DESCRIPTION
- Address customer satisfaction, concerns and other issues promptly.
- Ensures that all branch personnel are informed of any promos/packages, and other information related to the store.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Strong oral and excellent written communication skills.
- With at least 2-5 years of work experience in management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to manage a team or be a good team player
